Our Assist Travel/Transport service is designed to provide individuals with the support they need to travel safely and comfortably. Our service includes:
Transportation Coordination: Our team can assist with coordinating transportation to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities.
Accompanied Travel: We offer accompanied travel services to ensure that our clients can safely travel to their destination and receive any necessary support during the journey.
Vehicle Modifications: We can provide recommendations and support with making modifications to vehicles to improve accessibility and safety.
Support Services: Our clients have access to a range of support services, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities to help them maintain their independence and wellbeing.
